Why choose NCA?
Screen-printing is our hobby and our passion. We don’t offer every printing service under the sun just yet, but that’s because we’re all about quality over quantity. We’re masters at the art of screen-printing onto t-shirts and we focus on doing that really, really well.
If you’re looking for first-class quality prints from a locally owned and operated team of print designers, NCA is for you!
Do you have a minimum shirt order?
We highly recommend at least 12 pieces for each print job. 24 pieces is even better because once we are fully set up, it takes just as much time to print 24 as it does 12 and the cost per shirt is much less.
What type of apparel can you print on?
We specialize in t-shirt printing. This includes long sleeve and short sleeve shirts. But we can certainly print on other types of apparel too like sweatshirts and hoodies.

What’s the differences between fine, finer, and premium?
There are a lot of brands that we can print on upon request. Brands such as Alternative, Gildan, Anvil, Bayside, etc.
In order to keep it as simple as possible, we’ve identified three of our favorite brands to print on at three different price points. All three are great quality and work great for most people. All three brands are made in the USA 🇺🇸.
Fine ($) = Next Level Unisex Cotton T-Shirt (3600), 100% combed ring-spun cotton fine jersey.
Finer ($$) = Bella + Canvas Unisex Jersey T-Shirt (3001U), 100% airlume combed and ringspun cotton.
Premium ($$$) = American Apparel Unisex Fine Jersey (2001), 100% combed ring-spun cotton.
If you prefer something more specific, let us know and we can send you a link to an online catalog of apparel and options that you can choose from.
Can I mix colors and sizes?
Yes, you can mix shirt colors and sizes. Changing ink colors is also an option, but there will be a $10 charge for each color.
Do you save the art files and/or screens?
We save the art files that are sent in but we don’t normally save the screens. The screens are reusable and we reclaim them for other jobs. However, if you know you’re going to reorder in the future, just let us know and ask if we can keep the screens. We’re reasonable people.
What forms of payments do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, checks and cash (exact change only). Payments can be made online. We’ll email you an invoice that explains how to pay. These transactions are processed securely through Square.
What’s your maximum print area?
Our max print area is up to 12.5 x 14.5″ for front or back of shirts. Other imprint locations vary by item.
Good to know…
Due to COVID-19, some shirt colors/sizes may be out of stock or unavailable.
Payments are to be made upfront before production can begin (after we send you an estimate and printing proofs are approved).
Shirt sizes that are 2XL & up cost extra.
